During the visit my husband received very professional advice regarding the upcoming repair. I would like to mention the service consultant Stefan and thank him for his assistance.

Robin ensured a high-quality customer experience through every phase of the process.

Double feeling with this garage. Had my car battery replaced, quite expensive 400€. They were quick and thorough. Not the best customer servixe, especially expecting better since they are an official VW dealer/garage. A bit disappointed, but I can't complain too much since they could help me out and were fast.

Don't even think of buying/servicing your car here. Two arrogant people sit at the Audi service desk who behave like they own the Audi company. They wouldn't listen to you, act like they're always busy, (because, well, they run the Audi company, right?), and are just rude with their responses.
