  Very good service. It took some phone calls and some good planning between the Apoint and my lease company. It was also worth calling week beforehand to check if all my wishes are translated into planning. But in the end I am very satisfied.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a garage, ever. Not detail oriented at all, unhelpful, they turn around everything which they do wrong, and in the end make it your fault or your problem. I needed to bring my car back 3 times to fix the problem I had with an update and gps. I then had to drive to ski holiday with no cruise control or gps, even though I notified them 5 weeks before that there was a problem. On the last visit after my ski holiday when they finally fixed the gps they gave me the paperwork with an error with the loaner vehicle I used during the day, the hiring contract which was given to me did not work properly with the gemente Amsterdam so I had to pay for parking the whole day and sat on the phone the multiple times in the day with the gemente only to find out that it was A-points fault that they did not write out the contract correctly. When asked at a-point at the end of the day if I could be reimbursed these costs they said they would not do this as “this is how we always do it, so it must be something at the gemeente” I know this is an error from them because the first time I had to use a loan vehicle from them the paperwork which was given then worked fine with the gemeente. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible.

  Really good and fast service! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. While waiting for my tires to be fixed, there was tasty coffee and delicious cupcakes, and my kids were happily entertained with coloring activities. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They helped me quickly and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

  Really poor on keeping there price. I’ve purchased an Audi A3 from them way back - so know them pretty well(loyal customer huh). I was promised a certain discount & then they backtracked. It was hundreds of euros only in the work - but looks like they promise something for the agreement and then switch back. This was not the first time it has happened to me - they promised a replacement car for free and charged it in the end. Overall - would be careful interacting with them for large tickets.

  10/10! Their service is golden. Got a brand new car to borrow during the repair. Love to work with professionals. Got my car back. It is like a collision never happened. Legendary!
