Long story short. I was in the market for a new car and shortlisted the RS6, RSQ8 among the Audi models. I informed about the cars and tried to arrange a test drive to see if these were a contender. This was only possible if I would buy the car.. It just felt you weren't taking seriously. I tried a second time on a walk in and got more or less the same response. Afterwards I went to BMW and got great service, no hassle test-driving the new M5. Very pleasant and cooperative so I decided on purchasing the new M5 touring.

This dealership is the Best example of how to be the Worst in customer service ! Uncanny ability to keep performing worse every time!

Just took delivery of my first Audi through them and could not be happier. A special shout out to Deion who from the very beginning has been extremely attentive, left no important details out and made me feel like a truly appreciated client. The showroom is immaculate, the delivery process of my car was presented top notch and not rushed. Drove away with a big smile on my face. Definitely, highly recommend.
