Everything went perfectly. The car was nice and matched the description, the service on site was great and fast, the approach was very helpful. The vehicle was ready to go, the transport marks were also immediately ready with insurance. All documents were prepared and handed over. The car could be driven and checked as desired and the staff was very willing to help in any way. Even after the sale, the seller helped me remotely with registration in the Czech Republic and sent additional supporting documents that saved me time. I would be very happy to buy another vehicle here and would be happy to return to the seller. Keep it up and thank you very much. Best regards Gorol

I visited and test-drove a vehicle at Auto Wientjes B.V., but I ultimately decided not to proceed due to a very confusing sales process. I was asked to pay 100% of the purchase price to an intermediary german company before they had even purchased the car themselves (and I had to wait one full week with no guarantee) When I asked for basic guarantees or suggested a secure payment method (escrow or deposit), the seller became quite nervous and insisted on full payment upfront. For an international purchase, this type of arrangement should be much clearer and better secured. I would recommend that buyers ask for full transparency before sending any payment.

I recently bought from this dealer a 2018 Skoda Octavia 3, remotely, after a few phone calls and emails + pre-contract and payment via bank transfer. When I went to pick up the car, all papers were already done and prepared for me to sign. I was offered the key to take the car for a check ride before signing. The car condition was very good, as advertised. Their staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions. If the occasion comes up, I would definitely do another purchase from here.

I purchased a Volkswagen ID.4 from Auto Wientjes B.V. on 2 February 2026. Shortly after the purchase, I already experienced a smaller issue with connecting the vehicle to my Volkswagen account, but I received little meaningful assistance from the seller. More seriously, on 22 April 2026, the vehicle developed a high-voltage battery / electrical system warning during normal use. I arranged a professional in-vehicle battery stress diagnostic test in Hungary, which identified repeated abnormal voltage drop at cell position 81 and recommended specialist workshop inspection. No repair has been carried out on the vehicle, and the high-voltage battery pack has not been opened or disassembled. I only asked the seller to handle the documented defect under the applicable warranty / legal guarantee rules. Auto Wientjes replied that they could not accept my claim in its current form because they had not had the opportunity to arrange their own inspection. I accepted this and confirmed in writing that I was fully willing to cooperate with an inspection arranged by them or by a mutually agreed qualified service partner. They also requested Volkswagen service documentation, which I subsequently provided. Despite this, I have not received any concrete proposal regarding where the vehicle should be inspected, how the repair process would proceed, who would bear the costs, or what would happen if the vehicle became non-driveable before inspection. Because this concerns the high-voltage traction battery of an electric vehicle, the lack of a timely and practical response is extremely concerning, especially as the vehicle is now located in Hungary and transport back to the Netherlands could become very expensive if it becomes immobilised. After waiting more than seven calendar days for a concrete proposal without receiving one, I have referred the matter to BOVAG and ECC for assistance. I am disappointed that a serious battery defect reported only a few months after purchase has not yet been handled with a clear and practical solution. I will update this review if Auto Wientjes resolves the matter fairly and professionally. The Seller was Victor.

I bought a Peugeot 208, the car was as described. I asked for additional photos and they were sent to me. It was a very pleasant experience. My questions were answered even outside of office hours. I later needed some information and it was sent to me immediately, even though I had already signed the contract and left. 10 out of 10 to the guy I corresponded with.
