  Zeeuw Automotive: If you don't want to help a family which have a breakdown right in front of the garage and refuse to help, this is unfortunately not even worth one star. We are disappointed. Bitterly disappointed There was one friendly employee. Thanks to him. But unfortunately he couldn't help us either. The receptionist is unfortunately not very friendly today. I hope he was just having a bad day. I would feel sorry for him if he was always like this. 🤷🏼‍♀️🥺 "No Time. Too much Work." He told us. And don't want to Look what's the Problem. Super sad experience. Now we are waiting for Help since more than 7hours. With a Little Girl on Board. Sad. Very sad.

  We ordered a new key for our Fiat Doblo in January telling them we were about to move 4 weeks later to France. We're now at the end of May, living in France and still no sign of the said key. Not even a sale person calling us or emailing us. After trying to reach them multiple times they told us they didn't know what happened and finally gave us our money back (about 340€) without even apologising once. I've never seen such a bad communication and service.

  I took my Stelvio to them because I had a noise coming from the front of the car, mainly when turning the wheels at very slow speed. They said it's the stuurhuis. Before spending 1500 euro I asked if they were sure, they said 100%. So they changed the stuurhuis and it was exactly the same. Then they changed the lower arm of the suspension. Same. Nothing changed. This whole process took a couple of months in total. Since they didn't find out the problem and since they were so sure, maybe the stuurhuis was part of the problem so they proposed to leave the new stuurhuis and split the costs. Then I took the car to a garage which claimed to be Alfa specialists; well it was true, they spent 3 hours on the car, found the problem and fixed it. It had nothing to do with the stuurhuis or the suspension, there were 2 lose bolts on steel rods connecting the body to the chassy in the front of the car. The car is perfect now, no noise whatsoever, it s like brand new. So in the end this dealer not only was not able to find the problem but made me spend over 1000 euro (!) for nothing because the problem was not the stuurhuis. Needles to say that from now on I will go to the other garage.

  Nice place basic faselety, which is ok for the price, food and hospitality are perfect, recommended for sure
