We had a great experience with Autobedrijf De Groot. Purchased an MG EHS Hybrid and although there was a longer waiting time than expected, due to a repair needed on the car’s roof, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They immediately arranged an alternative car for us so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced, and once the repair was completed, they personally delivered our car right to our home without any extra charges. We really appreciated the fact that they also delivered flowers and a basket full of goodies after the delivery of the car knowing that my wife gave birth on the same day. Such a nice touch and gesture from the team! Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer service really stood out. Despite the initial delay, they turned the situation into a very positive experience, and we truly appreciate their effort. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased a car here and were extremely impressed by the friendly staff and excellent customer service. We had a couple of very minor issues with the vehicle which were immediately resolved, without question (thanks, Thom!). Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
