Otto and his team gave us a very good deal on our first electric car. I found his shop after extensive comparisons online. After a thorough test drive and some friendly negotiations we reached a deal and they had the car ready in no time. When winter came a couple of months later and the rear window heating turned out damaged, they repaired it for us within half an hour, no charge. Many thanks to Otto and his team. We love our new car and I can recommend this garage to everyone!

Walked in hoping to buy a car, BIG MISTAKE! Otto, the self-appointed gatekeeper of luxury, took one look at me, asked if I even had the money (because apparently, he’s also a financial psychic), and then refused to let me test drive the car. Otto manages to mix arrogance and bad-business behavior into one miserable shopping experience. If you like being insulted, ignored, and judged by a man whose entire business strategy is losing money, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and spend your cash where dignity still exists.

Worst customer experience I had so far. When I called before coming and asked about a car and checked if it was not in scratched or re-painted I was assured it was not. But when we stoped by the next day, in fact the car had a repainted piece of the bumper and repainted bad. When I asked about it I was told - and what? When we entered, no one received us. After asking for a test drive - I was questioned if I do a test drive - will I buy it immediately after that? And when I reasonably answered that I need to experience and text/check it first before making any promises - the big boss turned his back to us and said “Bye, have a good trip home” and left. All in all customer service and orientation towards us was next to 0. Maybe due to the fact that we are foreigners… Sad and unpleasant experience.
