We have bought a car from this company a few months ago. The car had many hidden flaws, even though we were told everything is fine and fully functional. A week after the purchase, the car did not start - the motor engine was broken. Later, the A/C turned out to be broken as well. Also, the car battery was not suitable for a car with a "start/stop" function, we had to change that as well. We were not told about a guarantee, so we went to a mechanic to fix it. After informing Thomas Rutten about that issue, they refused to cover the cost of faulty components and hidden flaws. The most incompetent and unpleasant salesman we've had a contact with, cost us a lot of money after buying it. This was probably the worst purchase of our lives.

Very happy about my experience there !!! It's my very first car, and it was furthermore a camper. Rob took care of us from the beginning until the end. He has been very patient (taking the time to answer all my questions), kind and professional. He doesn't put any pressure for you to by. As I am not on my ease in Dutch or English, he was making sure I really understood and took the time to explain things. The cars there are in really good state. We have had our first experience with the camper and it seems to work very well. Thanks again for everything Rob, you're doing a great job !

Watch out, they advertise cars as good, but they are broken. they hide the problems by not mentioning about them, unless you find the issues your self, you will never find it out from them, untill you discover them while you use the car for a longer period.

Promised a new battery, charge the old one up so it looked fresh, then 2 hours later died on the road. Putting your customers life in danger....

They sell broken cars but they pretend that nothing is wrong and they let you discover the problems later on.
