  I have been a customer of AutoFix Schiedam for more than two years, and I have always felt safe and confident leaving my vehicles in their care whenever a problem arises. As a woman, and especially as a foreign woman, I never felt completely comfortable walking into a car repair shop. I often had the impression that I was not always taken seriously. However, my experience at AutoFix Schiedam has been completely different. From the very beginning, I was treated with kindness, respect, honesty, and professionalism by the owner, Mr. Ramazan Over the years, I have needed their services on several occasions. Whether it was for an APK inspection, repairs, or other mechanical issues, everything was always handled with transparency, reliability, and integrity. On one occasion, I was stranded with car trouble, and Mr. Ramazan came to help almost immediately. That level of commitment and customer care is rare to find nowadays. At the end of last year, I also needed to purchase another car. I went to AutoFix Schiedam for advice, and Mr. Ramazan helped me find a Peugeot 107 in excellent condition. Throughout the entire process, he was honest, trustworthy, and fair. Because my financial situation at the time was not ideal, he even allowed me to pay for the vehicle in two installments. That gesture meant a great deal to me, and I will never forget it. To all the ladies looking for an honest, reliable, and respectful mechanic: this is absolutely the right place. My heartfelt thanks to AutoFix Schiedam and to Mr. Romasdan for all the help, support, and outstanding service they have provided over the years. I highly recommend them.

  Last year, I took my car to a repair shop because the air conditioning was not working properly. The mechanic told me it was a small problem and that it would cost around €150 to fix. Two days later, they called me and said they had found more issues. The final bill was almost €600. I was surprised because nobody had asked for my approval before doing the extra work. When I picked up the car, the air conditioning was working, but a new warning light appeared on the dashboard. I had to return to the shop twice before they solved the problem. In the end, I was not happy with the service because the communication was poor, the repair took much longer than expected, and the final price was much higher than the original estimate. Since then, I always ask for a written quote before leaving my car at a repair shop. Horrible experience for sure. I hope you read this first

  Mijn auto moest naar de garage voor een klein probleem. Eerst werd gezegd dat het rond de €180 zou kosten, maar uiteindelijk was de rekening veel hoger zonder duidelijke uitleg vooraf. De reparatie duurde langer dan afgesproken en de communicatie was slecht. Ik moest zelf meerdere keren contact opnemen voor updates. Voor mij geen goede ervaring. Volgende keer vraag ik zeker eerst om een duidelijke schriftelijke offerte.

  Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service. Ik kan op elk moment terecht met mijn auto en deze is altijd dezelfde dag klaar. Er wordt duidelijk uitgelegd welke werkzaamheden uitgevoerd worden en waarom. Een betrouwbaar en professioneel bedrijf dat ik zeker aanbeveel.
