Disappointing. Long waiting times on an appointment. New bought car low on fuel when delivered. Not a good experience when buying something expensive as a car.

Attention and service by Jeroen was really fast. We did all the transaction online as I don't live in the same city. We had a great offer for a Scenic E-Tech and financial services. I previously approached other Renault dealer in my region and did not get the best offer. Finally, we got the car quickly. We are very satisfied with the car and the attention from Jeroen and Bochane.

Less than a year ago the problems started. I gave the bus (AdBlue) to the official Renault service. They certainly know their stuff. But they didn't change it and they feel what the computer showed them. They replaced the computer twice, even though I told them that I had 100% AdBlue all the time. After replacing what was there, they left it, which caused more expensive car repairs + additional repairs. They don't have mechanics working here, they only replace parts.

I brought my car, a couple of month ago, to change a lamp that was included in my Renault Card and they didn’t replace it. Very impolite and not helpful people. Beside that they charge me for an oil change that was performed in other car (fortunately I fought it and they give me the money back). Not recommendable at all, if you can go to other place. The service is really bad and expensive.
