  I have been going to them for 3 years to service my Skoda Fabia. I realized this year that they have been overcharging me this whole time. A service that costs 600 elsewhere is 800 here. When I confronted them they said that they "forgot" to apply a discount and offered me the service for 560. Not willing to pay me back for the previous overcharges. I am not their customer anymore.

  I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan I was really happy about it but when they delivered at home I saw that they changed the windshield wipers and also some hidden damages that they didn’t mentioned.

  Edit/response to owner: Good morning. Sure, I had an interest in a car you are selling. I asked for a possible trade/inruil for my present car. The offer I got was 20-25% under the market value at the present moment. I do understand that you are a business, but I guess you are making money already on the car I was looking to purchase. Offering me such low amount for my vehicle is at best - laughable and at worst disrespectful. Not to mention that the person on the phone wasn't sure if my car is VW Golf or VW Golf Variant/stationwagen (2016). Which in my view speaks volumes of how well you looked at the vehicle I was willing to trade for the VW Passat GTE Variant/stationwagen 2016 I wanted to (possibly) purchase. I hope this answers why I did give 1 star review.

  Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda dealer good service but quite expensive.
