Went there to test a Beamer as I am in the market for a nice second hand car. Good service indeed.

Got my windshield replaced there due to a crack, i noticed later they scratch the interior lining of the sun roof controls panel. Waited on the phone for 10 mins twice but they keep you hanging. Shame... go to another BMW location, such as BMW Forepark. I will change this review once this is fixed.

I contacted the dealership because of strong vibration when braking on the highway. They looked into that and first changed some plastic parts that were broken and told it is fixed now. After that I returned to the dealership and they checked again and told me that the rim is bent and I need to change that. They ordered a new rim but it turned out to be a wrong one and they kept me waiting for 1.5h in their dealership, after they told me that new rim will be actually 400 Euros more expensive. I went to another wheel workshop and nothing was wrong with the rim. Then I went another workshop place and the problem was with the brakes. If you want to pay a lot of money for nothing then this place is for you, if you want to get your car fixed try some other place.
