I recently purchased a new HRV from Honda Verhagen. Mostly had contact with Mr. Ferry and had a very positive experience overall. They accommodated all my requests and handled everything perfectly. From the first appointment for a test drive, to discussing available options, inspection and delivery, i could not have asked for anything more. They gave me financing and insurance options without pushing for anything and helping me make an informed decision that i was happy about. A few months into the ownership, i started to have some minor issue with the car and the way the team handled it was the best after sales experience I've ever had. One email, and i had an appointment for the next day. On the day, everything was ready, they listened to my complaint, replaced the defective part and i was on my way in less than 45 minutes. The dealership truly cares about the customers. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new car or for service. And they have earned a long time customer!

Honestly, the service center did a great job. I had my Honda Civic towed there after another garage messed it up. The team at Honda quickly found out that the car’s computer was damaged and needed replacement. They handled everything professionally and told me my car was ready. I really appreciate their attention and the fast repair — I’m going to pick it up now.

No transparency! I am not satisfied from my purchase process, and I have a bad experience there and my impression has been changed to Honda unfortunately. The dealership did not show about the damage at one part of the car which was related to hood insulation pad under hood and it was destryoed. After purchase, I found this damage and dealership was not responsive properly. This caused that I pay the cost for fixing this issue.

We acquired a Honda Jazz at the Honda Verhagen dealer. Our primary contact was the excellent Mr. Rijnen. The process was transparent, friendly and completed in a highly professional manner. We had some personal circumstances (arranging parking permit, and holiday) that made the transaction a little more complicated, but at every step Honda Verhagen was able to help us out. We would gladly acquire another vehicle from them.
