We had an unexpected problem with our BMW while travelling through the Netherlands and were honestly quite worried, especially because we had our two children with us and it was extremely hot that day. Despite being very busy, the team at BMW took the time to help us, listened carefully to our situation and treated us with incredible kindness and patience. They thoroughly checked the car, explained everything to us and made sure we felt safe before continuing our journey. What impressed us most was how genuinely caring and helpful everyone was. They even brought ice cream for our children because of the high temperatures – such a thoughtful gesture that really meant a lot to us in a stressful situation. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service, professionalism and, above all, the human kindness we experienced. Thank you so much to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We highly recommend this BMW workshop!

Hello, thank you very much for ruining my car, when you changed my gas cooler, you forgot or intentionally put a screw there, that screw cost me over 5,500 euros, reliable service, you don't have qualified nobody there to work well, now should I thank you or what do we do?

I have dealt with Hedin Automotive on a few occasions and their service is nothing short of exceptional. Jens in 'Service' and Raymond in 'Parts' have both been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my queries.

Sales persons are willing to think outside the box. Friendly staff in showroom. Hourly rate for mechanics over € 110 per hour..
