I contacted them to request information about my car, which previous owner were purchased many years ago. Customer service explained the request process in great detail and then provided the requested documents. A big thank you to Faizan Q. for time and detailed answers. This kind of support is invaluable. Thank you again!

I brought my Ford Mondeo Vignale GN7016 here today (19.05.2026) for standard maintenance, a gearbox oil change, and a requested Ford Sync software update. After paying the premium price on the invoice, I got to my car only to discover that the Sync update hadn't even been touched. I had to drive an extra 30 km back to the dealership, just for the receptionist to dismiss it as a "mistake." Now he needs to make another appointment to waste my time, pay for a taxi again again and fuel to finish what I already paid for. Missing a service that I literally just paid for makes me seriously question if they actually bothered to change my gearbox oil, too. For the expensive prices this location charges, you expect thorough quality control and professional service, not careless oversights. The service manager can easily look up my name and vehicle in the database to find my phone number. I expect a call to explain this and resolve the issue. Unacceptable experience and If the dealer doesn’t call me or take any action I will make an official complain to Ford Europe as I have pictures and evidence to prove what I’m saying.

Rude and unfriendly staff who withheld information. No people or customer service skills at all. If this is a representation of the Ford brand I’m staying far, far away.

Picked up my brand new Ford Explorer yesterday. Great service by the experienced salesman. Very helpful with all my questions and needs. Left my old car to be picked up. Wasn’t a problem at all. Thanks to all at Hedin Automotive! Special thanks to salesman Qureshi! 5 stars!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ford Heiden in The Hague. My 2019 Ford Focus ST-Line displayed a warning: “Engine oil pressure low.” I had the car towed to their garage and explained the issue. I also found a Ford-issued recall (Recall 23S64) that describes exactly what happened to my car – a known oil pump failure issue affecting many Ford EcoSport and Focus vehicles from 2016–2022: 🔗 https://www.ford.com/support/how-tos/recall/recalls-and-faqs/23s64-ecosport-and-focus-2016-2022-engine-oil-pump-failure-recall/ Unfortunately, Ford Heiden refused to even investigate the issue, claiming this recall was “only for the U.S.” They were completely uncooperative, didn’t want to contact Ford, and offered no support despite this being a clear manufacturer defect. I had to open a case with Ford Assistance myself, and eventually Ford Germany got involved. After over a month of back-and-forth emails and phone calls, Ford Heiden sent me a repair estimate of €2200 — with no support from Ford Netherlands or Germany. Their position was simply: The recall doesn’t apply here, so you're on your own. This is my third Ford vehicle, and I’ve done all regular maintenance through official Ford service, including a full service one year before this issue. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. A local mechanic immediately identified the issue as a common Ford problem. It’s upsetting that Ford is not taking responsibility for something that is clearly a recurring manufacturer defect worldwide.
