I had great experience with House of Cars.The appointment was within 2 weeks.In particular they are Ford specialists. I went for normal routine check up, where I got timing belt, water pump, spark plugs , air filter changed. Lars was very kind and helped me answer all my doubts patiently. They also conducted endoscopy test and did pressure tests to confirm that engine is running back normal again and did not charge for this. Generally garages add 150 euros for extra diagnostics. I received 4 different offers, surprisingly they were cheap and also installed Merk A type parts which is almost equal to original parts with year guarantee on their parts. Above all - They have a very good showroom with also sports car and normal day to day cars with various options.

I recently purchased a Fiesta ST from HoC. Their impressive collection includes Ford cars and other brands. Enthusiasts should explore their STs, RS, and N cars. The overall buying process, paperwork, and car delivery went smoothly, except for some minor delays in delivery dates. However, I was slightly disappointed that the price offered was non-negotiable. Moreover, even after buying the warranty, a customer is again liable to pay for the immediate service cost including the consumables. I plan to update my review after the first service with them and evaluate their handling of warranty obligations. Feedback for the HoC team: Expand awareness of your remarkable collection and enhance customer interactions & experience to elevate your dealership.

Pieter was great, amazing selection of cars and fantastic service. Slightly delay with registering the car but great communication from the team. Lars and Ruud were fantastic on the collection and very patient whilst I argued with the bank. 5/5 would buy again :)
