  Client for 15 years. Used to be more client friendly when they were not at full capacity. Lately things got more expensive and less service oriented.

  I recently explored the possibility of purchasing a Volkswagen car and contacted both the Hengelo and Oldenzaal dealerships to schedule a visit time. Unfortunately, despite calling each location twice, I never received a call back. This lack of responsiveness was concerning, especially considering my intent to pay nearly €30,000 and the importance of clear communication, particularly regarding future warranty needs. Following up with a call to express my concerns, I was again disappointed to not receive a response. This experience has unfortunately discouraged me from pursuing further interaction with these dealerships. I received much better service from other dealerships, including prompt responses and follow-up emails. I received same feedback from two locations, then I am putting same text in both places.

  The customer service is very good. They are very nice and helpful, make sure you get all the information you need to purchase a car.

  Thanks Mirko Brus for the prompt and no-nonsense sales process and good price of my Audi occasion. Of course a dealer-client relationship is really tested when things go wrong but so far all good 😊!

  I Bought the car from this company. They are great. The car is great, they were corect and precise in everything. So in my expirience if you want good car for good price, they are perfect choice.
