  Whilst out on a bike delivery, the inner tube of my back wheel punctured and went flat. I called this place and the lady said they couldn’t come out, but if I could somehow push the bike over there, they’d help me. By the way, I live on the other side of city, so that wasn’t an option to just go home – I was in an emergency situation. In an unexpected and uncomfortable situation. It took me nearly 30 minutes to get there; I was sweating like pig and could barely catch my breath. I had my delivery bag on my back and explained the situation and asked help. It would have taken the kind gentleman (the one with the huge holes in his ears without the ear tunnels/ear expanders at that moment) five minutes to help me out whilst he replaced the inner tube. Which, I would have paid for and the person is there and paid to carry out this sort of work. Instead, he sent me away, making all sorts of excuses and asking why I didn’t just look it up on YouTube and do it myself. How am I supposed to do that when I’m far from home at work and something like this suddenly happens??? Then asked him to at least let me leave the bike there till I go home and figure it out fast so the bike is safe at least. Guess what he refused. Refused to provide any kind of assistance to a person in need. I don’t wish him any harm, of course; karma will get him when he has a problem that comes out of nowhere and no one stops to help him. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Especially if you suddenly need urgent help, because they’ll just send you away.

  I have had this garage as my reference for years and I have never been disappointed! The staff is welcoming and supportive, they always explained me the problem and the cost of reparations beforehand, in simple terms in order to let me understand, so never had bad surprises and always felt secure with their work. Totally recommend especially for internationals, all the staff in the garage speaks great English! Bravi, keep up with your great work!

  Good but not very efficient. there was this overweight guy walking in the garage, in a hoody, not an overal, constantly distracting the engineers, like an employee in his free time. He started working on his own mercedes. Other than that, friendly people.
