Finally a bike shop I can trust! I have been looking around endlessly to find someone that will not scam me or dismiss me and these people really helped and were honest and clear about charges and what they can amd cannot do! Also they speak English so expect friendly. I highly recommend this place. I'm taking my wife's bike too soon. This will be from now on the only place for our bikes whenever we will need anything. Thank you!

Absolute disaster. The employees are super incompetent and rude. I booked my car for an APK, the KwikFit technician worked on my car for over an hour before realizing the car has a 2.0 diesel motor in it. Technicians have zero respect for other people’s cars and drive like maniacs. The technician also took my car for a joy ride without my consent. KwikFit should be ashamed at how bad this APK went.

I brought my e-bike here to fix an issue with the kick lock, already expecting no solution as the brand went bankrupt. One day later I went to pick it up and the issue had been fixed. That made me very happy and since then I haven't had any issues with my bike. Recommend, look for Abdul who has been very nice.

Took my VanMoof to get fixed here and Abdul went above and beyond to not just assess and repair the bike, but also fix other smaller faults and concerns, and kept me well updated throughout. The bike even got a respray on the fenders to hide all the marks and dents. Wonderful service, thanks again.

I brought my bike in with a flat tire. I was asked 70 euros to have it fixed and the tire broke again after a few days. I had it fixed again elsewhere for 12.50 euros (I couldn't bring it back to the store with the receipt because I live too far away).
