  I had a very disappointing experience with KwikFit. I booked an appointment to replace all four tires. During the booking process, I entered my vehicle make and model on the website, so KwikFit already knew exactly which car I had. When I arrived, they also inspected the car before starting the work. However, after replacing all four tires, they informed me that they could not perform the wheel alignment because they did not have the correct software/program for my vehicle. This is completely unacceptable. They knew which car I had before the appointment and had every opportunity to tell me in advance that they could not complete the full service. Instead, they only informed me after the tires had already been fitted, leaving me with no choice but to pay another garage for the alignment. The service was also very expensive—almost the same price as the Mercedes dealer. The difference is that the dealer would have included the wheel alignment for a similar price. Now I have to spend even more money to have the alignment done elsewhere. Because of this experience, I also question the quality of the work. I have no way of knowing whether brand-new tires were actually fitted or whether everything was installed correctly. This entire experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend KwikFit to anyone. Better communication, transparency, and customer service are expected when paying such high prices.

  Whent to try to make an apoitment, the lady in the recepetions was realy rude, i couldnt make the APK the day that i wanted and also didnt bother to give me any other days as option. She wanted me to leave as son as possible. I dont recomend

  Nice guys, great service. Got a screw in my tire, gave them a call before I limp to the shop to make sure they can make some time for me. In 30 minutes, tire repaired and I was back on the road.

  For now I give two because they are also noord bike holders. Tried to ask them some questions about bikes - are in stock, have any direct contact with them etc because Noord phone is down

  I went to change to summer tires and they put me a flat one. When I called them to tell them, they said they are busy and can't help me.. very unprofessional..
