I visited BYD Rotterdam to test drive the BYD Dolphin Surf and was helped by Robin. The Dolphin Surf is great value for money and drives well, more people should explore this car. The visit was pleasant, a great new and good looking showroom. While there was a mix up in the agenda and I was unexpected, Robin stepped up and made sure I could make the test drive. He explained the car to me and provided me with some in-depth info on the car specific and correctly addressing what options should be considered. What I missed was a pre-drive call before my visit. Making sure what my intentions were and confirming the appointment with my designated sales advisor. But the mishap with the agenda could be attributed to that. Robin did a good follow up after my visit. All in all a good experience.

Received my BYD Seal U DM-i a few weeks ago. So far so good! Sales (Robin) and customer service (Sharon) were really helpful. Especially Robin played key role in my decision and made my purchase way easier. Very professional. Pleased with the car so far. Curious about the after-sales maintenance and assistance from the dealer’s side. Small thing - from my experience, sometimes connecting to a BYD sales representative via phone was taking long or not possible at all, but maybe because I called during busy hours. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We were searching for a used electric car and decided to visit the BYD dealer, as we saw online that they offer a good selection of pre-owned cars. We were fortunate to be helped by Sefa Kaya throughout the process. He was always available, attentive, patient and willing to accommodate every request we had. We visited the showroom several times before making our decision, and Sefa was always welcoming, helpful, and understanding . Once, we wanted to test drive a car we hadn’t booked, and he quickly arranged it without any problem. What we also appreciated is that his support didn’t stop after the purchase of our BYD Seal U. He kept in touch afterwards to make sure everything was going well with the car. We really appreciated the excellent service and Sefa's help, and we highly recommend Louwman BYD Rotterdam to anyone looking for their new car.

Test drove the Atto2, and it exceeded our expectations. We were helped by Alek who shared his professional knowledge with us, of the car we tested and BYD in general. We were most pleasantly surprised by the reception we received. Nice vibe at this dealership. Kudos.

Just received my BYD Seal U today. It was a super nice experience and Sharon Quist was very nice with me and my wife. All staff was friendly and provided us with all the information we needed for the car. Appreciate the experience and hoping that the driving experience will be as good as the customer service. :)
