  We recently purchased a 2017 Kia Rio from Auto Melse, and our sales representative was Mr. Wouter. As international students with limited Dutch language skills, we truly appreciated his patience and clear communication. He carefully explained every detail about the car, the available packages, and the entire purchase process in English. In some cases, he even used Google Translate to ensure we fully understood all the information. What stood out was his genuine effort to make the experience as smooth as possible. After signing the contract, we mentioned that we needed the car for an upcoming trip. Despite their busy schedule, the team did their best to prepare the car on time. They even offered a temporary replacement vehicle if our car wasn't ready in time, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a smooth transaction with professional and friendly service. One point worth noting: they recommended ZLM for car insurance, which is popular among Zeeland residents. However, if you’re not from the Netherlands or the EU, you won't be able to complete the process online—you'll need to call and provide additional information, which can take 5 to 10 business days to process. Highly recommended, especially for international customers looking for a reliable and supportive car-buying experience.

  Naar Vlissingen …. Hele mooie zaak Auto Melse Keurig netje geholpen en zeer vriendelijk. Zagen daar 2 hele mooie opgepoetste cabrio’s in showroom staan. Wordt …kleur wit !!

  Onlangs oude Seat Ateca ingeruild en nieuwere Ateca gekocht bij Melse. Vanaf eerste contact keurig en professioneel contact met Patrick gehad. Afspraken worden nagekomen en geen gladde verkooppraatjes. Keurige en professionele ontvangst tijdens proefrit, auto netjes gepoetst en droog klaargezet in showroom, administratie op orde en alle tijd voor vragen. Klantbeleving echt chapeau. Nieuwe auto gebracht (wij wonen op 3 uur rijden van Vlissingen), oude auto meegenomen. Klantgerichtheid hebben ze bij Melse perfect begrepen, gelukkig bestaan deze bedrijven nog. Bedankt voor deze zeer prettige ervaring Patrick, ik beveel Melse bij iedereen aan.
