It is quite unfortunate that, following an air conditioning diagnosis of my Tesla Model S, I was informed that I needed a new compressor. The disagreement arose due to the noise generated by the compressor, which is actually considered normal for these types of compressors. It seems that the individual assessing the situation was not aware of this fact and incorrectly concluded that the compressor was not functioning and that there was no leakage. To my surprise, I decided to recharge the car's air conditioning system with new refrigerant myself, thereby avoiding their offer of 2000 euros. This experience has left me with doubts about their competence, and I am hesitant to place my trust in them again.

I had a bad experience with this garage. I asked for APK and replacing a brake disc and a staff provided me with the total price. When I visited the garage to bring back my car, they charged me 21% VAT on the top of the price they provided. I mean, who provides quote without VAT? I regret not complaining about it at the moment because I believed them. Probably, they misused me becuz I am from other country.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. These guys are fantastic. I've been fed up with Tesla's service for years and I'm so happy I found Metropool. I'll never go back to Tesla unless I absolutely have to. Abdullah and his team are absolute experts and do whatever it takes to get the job done. They fixed all issues I've had with my car (while Tesla said they couldn't find the problem, for years), and did so at a fraction of the costs. Highly recommended!
