I have placed an order in 12th july...with an estimated delivery date of 4 workings days.I have called in 21 july ( tuesday ) to be told to call again on monday next week.Very bad experience with this shop,and specially with their customer service.

Friendly and thorough service. Booked my V90 CC in for an inspection and Nordicar picked up all the things I knew needed done and a few things I didn’t in preparation for lots of driving over the Christmas holidays. A gearbox service, brakes redone, air-con re-gassed and new batteries. They even fixed the washer sensor which I haven’t mentioned. All done quickly and transparently. Nordicar also fixed a broken speaker and the rest heated seats - jobs another garage hadn’t managed despite two attempts. Car now drives better than ever. Getting a five-cylinder V70 loaner is just a bonus - and the 400,000km they had on the clock is testament to how long a well looked after Volvo can go on. Great place.

I live in Austin, Texas and in the last few months I have purchased large heavy items for my 66 210 Volvo(Roof Rack) and Mini Lite wheels for either my 122S or 1800 S. In both instances before I sent the money I asked a lot of questions and both times Frank was very helpful in making sure I understood what I was getting. Also for some reason I thought it might take a long time to get all the way to Austin but the wheels, which I just received yesterday, took about 2.5 days. So I loved the customer service and the products are top of the line. And one other thing, before buying I asked for a quote plus shipping and Frank sent that to me right away.
