  What an incredible good workshop!!! We are riding an extremely large RV, MB Vario 820, home-built, with 9500 kg and 8.5m lengths. When we bought it we did let a professional garage control all wheels, the cambers, and the steering. Quite a lot of money for a truck like RV with the result that we still steered towards the right. This happened two times more. Now we have new tires under the RV and I thought....now I try it one more time. The mechanics listen very careful to my description and all the symptoms from the past. Then they aligned everything the first time. I was allowed to have a look with them and the values were as accurate as you can image at all. Still our RV went to the right. So I had to come back they said, as they really wanted to fix it. Today was the second day. Another measurement and then the whole axis was lifted and an additional piece did went under the springs to balance the axis more straight. Wouw....I could not believe it. Incredible!!! Since 5 years, the RV now really goes straight and I can let oof my hands from the steering for even around 200m.....What a perfect garage!!! In our current times: mechanics, who really now what they are doing – TOP !!!!

  We had an issue with some broken wheel bolts and damaged wheels on our old sprinter campervan. This guy went above and beyond , got the wheel bolts extracted , found us two serviceable secondhand wheels and got us back on the road quickly and for a reasonable cost. If we could give you seven stars we would . Many thanks for your help

  Sorry to say that I am very unhappy with Profile after service. I have purchased two tires Bridgestone from Profile for my Passat and in almost a year and less than 11,000 km, the tires surface are damaged severely. I have a long experience with tires and more than 25 years of driving and It is clear that the tires are are out of spec and have manufacturing problems. Unfortunately, I tried to have the tires replaced at no cost but they did not agree and did not offer any compensation. Very disappointed.

  I was appalled by my recent APK experience at Profile Tyrecenter Nieuw Vennep. I was told that they could not give ma an APK because they needed to get a part in but they went ahead and charged me for the APK...interesting! They did not tell me what the exact problem was only that they would call us with the price. When they called to say the part would cost 380 euro we got suspicious. We then got a second opinion and asked them to check the area of concern and they found no problem and gave us an APK. When we contacted ProfileTyre Center they got all defensive and wanted to show us the problem. The issues are a) we were charged for an APK we never got, and b) we felt that they were ripping us off with an unnecessary part. We had the dealer even look at it and they had no problem. To add salt in the wounds, I asked them when I brought the car in to change a headlight, well, I had to re-remind them when I was leaving to fix it. I know I cannot speak Dutch but I have always felt unwelcome there and made no real effort to explain things to me. I only go there because we had gone there previously. Now that has all changed. We will not be going back again. Very disappointing!
