I am writing this review after 6 months , my experience with this showroom was excellent. People here took good care of us and our needs , especially I need to mention about Nick , who was not only friendly but helped us to choose a model and prepared us mentally with his experience to an Electric car. It was really helpful in going ahead as expats where there is a lot of scaremongering going on online about Ev and Tesla ( Elon). We didn’t buy our car from this showroom because of our last minute decisions but nick and his colleagues helped us all along the way, our first car buying experience in the Netherlands was so good thanks to wonderful team at Tesla. Would recommend anyone coming to me asking for references.

We had an appointment at 10:00. They should change accumulator. They told that it will be ready in one hour. At 14:00 it was still not ready. And they changed appointment time at 17:00 We spent so much hours in waiting. It’s not normal service.

Just an amazing team work there, friendly and high standard service! I’ve lost my car key came early in the morning around 8:30 without any appointment and they just helped me so quickly, arranged me new key and so friendly!

Amazing service, got helped perfectly fine with my test drive. Car drives amazing and good instructions from the employee there!

Service is getting less and less personal what a shame. Bought all my Teslas via this location (s and x and a new x). One of my keyfobs does not work so I thought let's stop by Tesla The Hague. Guys asked me to request for service in the app because they are too busy.!!!! WTH!!!! This is how you treat your long time store customers. I heard one of the other service guys insinuating a customer to post high score ratings!!! You need to deserve those Tesla... !! So my personal connection with Tesla The Hague has died today. What a shame!!!
