Very helpful and friendly workshop. No nonsense, you get efficient and direct help. Bring my car more than 10 years to this dealer.

I went to my airbag recall appointment only to be told there were no airbags in stock. I had called earlier in the week to confirm and was assured everything was on track. Why not check the day’s appointments and call customers in advance if parts aren’t available?

They couldn't care less about the customers here. Non professional, always unfulfilled promises, zero transparency or updates what is going on. Impossible to reach. They also don't know local regulations (which every driver should be aware of) about which documents need to be present in the car. Things only started to get better months later when a new branch manager got involved. If they want to provide better service, they have tons of restructuring and work to do. EDIT: I also forgot to add that the hand over was also very incompetent - they didn't fill out the car guarantee booklet, they didn't activate online service book, they didn't activate online services. I went for a first regular service to a dealer in a different country and they were just shrugging their heads when they've seen how incompetent the dealer where I purchased the car was... They only care about making a sale and nothing else. You are just a number in their sales quota.
