  Hi, everything would be fine except for a minor issue that I hope will be resolved quickly. I scheduled an oil change, but the oil wasn't changed even though I told them exactly what I wanted. Everything else worked perfectly, and the customer service was excellent. That's why I bought my car from this dealership, and despite this mistake, I will continue to have my car serviced there.

  We are all busy, and service stations even more so. So I understand that we have to be patient whenever we need expert help. And what I experienced today, really makes the difference here. I had some car trouble that could not be fixed immediately because of a busy agenda. Frustrating but understandable. But this is also exactly the point where some companies fail and others shine. Some employees will treat you as if you are a burden. But sometimes you come across a genuine and sincere person that makes you feel like are truely appreciated. I got a call from one of the customer care managers who felt genuine concern for my case. He showed a level of professional class that you just don't see much anymore. And this appreciation and effort is all I could ask for, so 5 stars.

  Came in for the APK and had a great experience! Nick tended to me in the morning and evening and remembered my car which was impressive! Everything was completed by 2pm. This is the second time here and really finding it great!

  Terrible experience! There was a problem in my key button. They have said, we are ordering new key. It will be arrive you in 10 work days. I am calling them, they are saying it can take time sometimes longer and the responsible person will call you but never. I am visiting them, they are saying, tell us your plate number the responsible people not here we will call you, than never. It takes almost 3 months... They are saying, do you have invoice number, we cannot find your process in our system! Almost 3 months, they have said to me what is your plate number and than 3 months along it was in the process. I cannot imagine how they work? Somebody will text under this review, contact with me but It is completely disappointment!

  After waiting 6 weeks to have an available appointment, i bring my car in the morning and leave it. It stayed there almost 7 hours to be checked !! During this time, i called them 2 times to see what happened and went there 2 times also! After that they called me to get my car and they told me they will send me an email with the report. The next day i did not get anything, i called them and they told me they are busy in making an offer to me of how much it is gonna cost me to be repaired. The second day i did not get anything also. I called them again but they said they are busy on it!! The third day i got an email that i have a problem with drukverschil sensor and a facatuur. Staying 3 days to have such a report was insane!! It was the first time to me to go to dealer and will be the last for sure !!
