  Visited Van Mossel Mercedes dealership today for a scheduled test drive. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, it took the staff about 10 minutes to locate my appointment. After some calls, I was told the car had already been sold — yet nobody informed me beforehand. That meant I drove 1 hour each way for nothing. This shows a lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. Sadly, this is already my second negative experience with Van Mossel. It makes me question how seriously this dealership takes customer care.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jerald was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire car-buying process. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all our questions. Even after the purchase, Jerald continued to be available whenever we needed help, whether it was offering advice or explaining how certain features of the car worked. He was always just a phone call away. We had a tight deadline for finalizing the paperwork, and Jerald made sure everything was completed smoothly and on time. His professionalism and expertise really stand out—he knows his job inside and out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

  Van Mossel has created a stunning showroom with a warm and inviting atmosphere, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible team behind it. We were fortunate to have Jerald as our advisor throughout the purchasing process. He was not only professional, knowledgeable and efficient but also friendly and always available. Jerald made the entire experience seamless, providing us with all the information we needed and offering valuable advice while connecting us with insurance and finance companies. What impressed us the most was that even after the purchase was finalized and the car was delivered, Jerald remained accessible and supportive for any additional questions or advice. This level of care is truly exceptional. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!

  Hi:) I would like to say thank you to 2 lovely people that helped me with my Mercedes. Ben Wolswijk & Ron SouRen were very cool & i got a bike as replacement. Mr Ben helped me with the bike, i did not bike for like 4 years and he was so kind to explain. Ah what a professional team! I recommend van mossel for the professionalism they offer every time i visit them and for the quality service they offer. Everyone gets a coffee and a cake when u enter the facility. I love going to this location because of the people and care that my car gets. Last time my car was even cleaned! Top service and care! You make the difference!

  I bring good car to change oil , service did update softwear and my car stop working (starter) so they calculate for SERVICE fail i have to pay 1.500euros extra for starter. On the meeting Van Mossel Charlois menager told me they gonna cat 15% of price because im LOYAL client. Van Mossel Mercedes Benz Service is the worst one what i saw in my life. Allways something is wrong with them !!
