  Unfortunately my personal experience with Van Mossel in spanse polder hasn’t been as expected. After a Service A, the tire gives low pressure two days after the service, the maintenance overdue alarm was not reset either in the car and also from the app. The tire pressure control is part of the Service A (which by the way costs about 550€), now how I can be sure and trust that the other checks and verifications were actually executed? After contacting the customer service Van Mossel via email, it has been told me that it was not their responsibility and redirecting me to another email account for the Spanse Polder service department, they never replied back to my claim.

  My experience was only with buying official Mercedes-Benz car parts. My ratings have nothing to do with buying or leasing cars. — The workers were really friendly. They had the patience to figure out for me which car part I exactly needed. It was quick as well. Most of the time, they have all the part you need in stock. There is no need to wait for a whole day for delivery, if you're lucky. Parking is free and easily accessible. It's not hard to find. They also sell Mercedes merchandise. Could be tools, clothes or toys.
