  This Mercedes assistance is useless and people don't even try to solve a Mercedes truck problem... they sent a man here with a computer, connected the computer to the truck and then asked to go to their garage, knowing that the truck doesn't change gears... a person calls to try to find a solution, a person answers and says "you were there waiting for Huber to arrive with or food. , so now we have no one to go there! I understand, but if they knew it was batteries, they would have brought them right away🤔but going under the truck to change it not , ...it's better to go to the garage. This assistance is very weak

  I do not recommend to anyone! I went to repair the navigation, and instead of taking care of the navigation, they took my sprinter (on which I worked very hard) immediately on the lift and dismantled the engine cover and then when I approached to ask why he was doing it, he replied that he had to remove the directional cover that he was driving and cools the intercooler because it cuts some wires that he did not know what exactly they are from. then he tore it off and broke the cover for me and said it should be like that. And the intercooler, which now will not be cooled in 100%, but only in 30%, will cope with it. And after leaving the van from the lift, he connected OBD and said that he needs more time for navigation, which is not there now! And when I'm on the road, when I turn on the right turn signal, the windshield wipers turn on. They can only spoil, now I can't attach the right direction indicator because the windshield wiper wipes the windshield dry immediately. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Why are you doing something different from what the client asked for!
