Sub-zero…BMW should revoke the license from this company. The car was in for a brake fluid change and I requested an interim oil and filter change as I find the 30k oil change interval too extensive. Instead of doing and interim oil and oil filter change they performed a full service 11000km earlier including cabin air filter. I did not tell to carry out a full service prematurely but only an interim oil change. The car was returned to me with oil residue on the bonnet, on the enginer cover and on the oil filter housing as it’s shown on the photos. The wheels were fully covered by brake dust, clearly seen that no one has touched them. Similarly with brake calipers and their dust cap…untouched. I wonder how the fluid was changed without removing the wheels and dust caps from the caliper. They probably sucked the fluid out of the reservoir and refilled it. They did not realize the car had no windscreen washer fluid at all, moreover the sensor dont sends the signal that the fluid level is low or none. I did not tell them about this fault because I wanted to know if they inspect the car or not. Service advisor couldn’t tell me if they do a transmission oil change upon customer request or not and if they do how much it costs. They’re useless and the only thing they are good at is printing invoices. So all these for 680 euros!! It’s just the tip of the iceberg that I requested for a service 5+ program but there was no sign of any discount on the invoice. I got an offer from a hungarian official bmw dealership for a brake fluid service and interim oil change for ~300eur, I regret that I did not have the service done there.

Signed up for an APK. Wanted to buy tires from them as well: 10 minutes on the call, 5 or so transfers, wrote down the ask, "we will call you back". Never got a call back, ordered the tires somewhere else. And they went up in price because I waited for the call back. Came to my appointment to learn they ordered the tires instead of calling me to confirm the order etc. But fine, it happens, at least they cancelled that order and I didn’t have to pay for two sets of tires. Got the car back, and today, two days later, I saw that they scratched the windshield from the inside near the heads-up display. Premium service indeed.

I’ve owned cars from different manufacturers, and this has been the most unpleasant experience ever. The car itself isn’t the best, but it was my choice, and I have to live with it. The real issue is the dealership experience — from sales to service, they simply don’t listen once the purchase is complete.

What kind of company is this? Do they actually sell cars, or are they doing you a favor by selling one? I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I had an appointment (at 12:00) to view a car, but that same morning (at 10:15), just before leaving, I noticed on their website that the car was marked as sold. So I called them and was immediately put under crossfire, first by a receptionist who sounded like she’d spent her entire life in the military, and then by a carefree salesman who gave the impression that he became a salesman by pure accident, simply because he happened to be walking past the BMW showroom and randomly picked up the phone. I won’t even mention the fact that no one bothered to call me or send an email to inform me that the car had already been sold, so my trip to Amsterdam was completely pointless. Apparently, this is a company with no competition, where the customer isn’t particularly important, because there will always be someone else who buys a car anyway. So they don’t need to be polite, it’s the customer who has to make an effort to get them to sell a car. A ridiculous company, ridiculous people with their noses in the air. I hadn’t checked the reviews of this company before, only now have I read them. I’m no longer surprised by the number of negative ones. Well, I’ll buy a car somewhere else , from a professional company where the salespeople know what they’re doing and are actually polite. You’re not the only ones on the market. Amusing xd

Service is on a very high level in this superb BMW garage in Amsterdam. The entrance and the hosts are super friendly and assist you fast. The waiting room while your car is serviced looks more like a hotel lobby than a garage: well done! You feel the positive and professional vibe of this “garage”. Worth mentioning is that there are a lot of parking lots. You bring your car to level 2 and you go straight to the entrance desk and you pick it up from level 1. Driving a sportscar is nice but I have to say that i was a bit surprised by the high prices for servicing the car, but that you should take a bit for granted. Improvement point: it was mentioned that my car was washed after the service which wasn’t the case….
