  I recently bought my new Toyota, and the whole experience was truly amazing! From the very first contact until the delivery, everything went perfectly — professional, friendly, and transparent. Bryan was super helpful, clear in communication, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.   Never visited a more weird dealership here in the Netherlands. I was choosing between 2 cars, which they provided, but it seemed like they were a bit unhappy that I wanted to test drive both. I ended up liking one and the terms were ok, even if downpayment amount for some reason was increased twice during our talk. I said that I want a car, but I need 1-2 weeks to settle with my bank, they were free to sell the car. After 2 weeks I wanted to put downpayment, but then the amount randomly increased again for more than twice with vague explanations. If you guys don't want to sell the car, just say so, why need to be so unprofessional. The sales person was keep telling me that someone else will come to look the car the next day. I was completely confused why do I even need this information. Quite sad that staff is so unprofessional and making up conditions on the way, I liked the car.

  Recently visited Vlastuin Car. The place is amazing, with great service and friendly staff. I received the best service and all the information I needed. Everything is open and transparent, with a great car collection and reasonable prices. Special thanks to Willem for his professionalism and patience. I will definitely consider this place for the future.

  We bought our first car from Vlastuin auto. Everything was so smooth for us. We had like millions of questions but Derrick answered all of them with patience. We are very happy with our car🥳 We will see them after our vacation😊
