They let's us stand in the hallway for like 20 minutes. The guy helping us later just passed us by like two or three times without saying hi. We felt ignored

Disappointing experience at Wassink Nijmegen We recently went through the process of purchasing a new Kia EV6 at Wassink Autogroup Nijmegen, and unfortunately, it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. My partner and I were given the pre-facelift version of the car for test drive and, while we were impressed with its features, in particular, the Blind Spot Assistance feature. It seemed like an essential safety feature. When we spoke to the salesperson about the facelifted model (which we were keen on buying), we were assured that the only major difference between the two versions was the larger battery in the new facelift. According to the salesperson, everything else was pretty much the same. Given how much we liked the pre-facelift version, we felt confident that we'd be getting a very similar experience in the new model. However, when we finally got our hands on the facelifted Kia EV6, we were surprised to discover that the version we had been sold—the "light" version—didn't come with Blind Spot Assistance, a feature that had been available in the pre-facelift model we tested. It felt like the salesperson had misled us. He hadn't mentioned that the "light" version lacked this important safety feature, and we were left feeling completely blindsided. In the end, we felt disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication. We had trusted the salesperson's word that the facelift model would offer the same driving experience as the pre-facelift version, with the only notable difference being the battery size. Instead, we found out the hard way that important features like Blind Spot Assistance were not included in the version we had bought. It's frustrating when you go into a purchase expecting one thing and walking away with another, especially when it comes to something as crucial as car safety features. I would expect them to be honest about everything especially when you are not giving the exactly same car to test drive.

Made an appointment to testdrive the Fiesta mild hybrid. I already tested the normal version so it had to be the hybrid As they only stocked the normal Fiesta, I had to wait 2 weeks to get a hybrid version from Venlo to Nijmegen. However 2 weeks later when arriving for the test drive, there was no hybrid fiesta... According to the salesman, it had been in an accident, so it was unavailable. As the the salesman already shared the details of the test car (L-994-FD), I made a call to Venlo to check his story... Unfortunately I was lied to, the car had not been involved in any accident, there wasn't even a reservation to get it picked up. If I wanted, I could drive to Venlo to make a testdrive 10 minutes later... So I wasted my time, drove to Nijmegen, only to get lied upon... Would not recommend this dealer.
