The showroom and cars meet Mercedes standards, but the sales staff’s product knowledge does not. Having to check specifications on a phone to answer basic questions feels unprofessional for a premium brand. Better training is clearly needed.

Utterly abysmal. All wishes shared upfront in written were ignored. It took me time and efforts to clean the interior and exterior of the Mercedes after delivery. This is totally unacceptable with a new car.

Great experience in collecting the car with superb customer experience supported by Haiko. Thank you for a great experience and support in picking up the car, setting everything up and taking the time to explain the features.
