Great place to buy a used van or truck. We have bought 5 so far from them in the last couple of years. Thanks to Rick for the support and a special shout out to Tiemme and his parking support team for setting up the three vans we were considering together in a row for an easy comparison. Avoid this dealer! Unfair business practices and unsafe vehicles! I purchased a Mercedes Atego from BAS World. The advertisement gave no clear indication that the vehicle had severe technical faults. After the purchase, when problems arose, the company washed their hands of it, claiming they sent a technical report via WhatsApp. However, this document was entirely in Dutch—a language I do not understand—and at no point did any salesperson verbally warn me or draw my attention to the actual condition of the truck. To make matters worse, the truck broke down just a few hundred kilometers after pickup and almost caught fire on the road! We replaced the batteries at our own expense, managed to drive a bit further, only for the truck to break down completely due to a severe electrical wiring installation failure. We had to pay for a towing service all the way to Zagreb. This catastrophic electrical fault was not even mentioned in their "hidden" technical report. BAS World has strictly refused to provide any assistance, compensation, or subsidy for the repairs of a truck that was dangerous to drive from day one. Extremely unprofessional, completely untrustworthy, and dangerous. Do not risk your money or your safety with them.
